I have been happily married to my wonderful husband, Tim, for 32 years. He is the wind beneath my wings, as he gives me confidence to follow my heart. We have three children; Ashley, Logan and Seeley. We have lived in Meridian, Idaho since 1991, and have found this to be a fabulous place to raise our children, work, and play. I love meeting new people and coming up with creative ways to solve problems.
I began Real Estate as my youngest daughter entered high school, and I found myself with a lot of time on my hands. I have always wanted to be a Realtor, but had never felt like the timing for my family was right until that Fall of 2007.
In 2007, the market had reached its peak and was on the downhill slide. I was cautioned by many that it was not a great time to get into Real Estate but I have found the very opposite to be true for me.
I jumped in with OPTIMISM and full willingness to work hard, continue to educate myself, and take good care of my clients! This formula has proven to be very effective as I have closed over 115 transactions since Nov 2007, and have been recognized in the top 1% of Realtors in the valley.
